Opting Out of the Registry
How do I opt out?
The ANZHFR is an opt-out registry. This means that you need to tell us if you do not want to participate. If we do not hear from you, we may start collecting information about your diagnosis, treatment and health outcomes. By doing nothing, you are agreeing to have information about you included in the ANZHFR and to be contacted for follow-up after discharge from hospital.
