Hospital Approval
If your hospital is interested in contributing patient level data to the ANZHFR, you will need to have both ethics and governance approval. To commence the approval process, please contact the Australian Hip Fracture Registry Manager via email or phone 02 9399 1132.
Demostration Site
If you are interested in becoming an participating site, you can apply for access to the registry demonstration site by contacting the Australian Hip Fracture Registry Manager via email or phone 02 9399 1132.
